Clean title 2005 Bentley GT with 38491 miles. Brand new tires, brakes, main
battery and fresh oil change (all just 6 miles ago). Car is Beluga Black exterior with Burnt Oak interior with
beautiful wood inlays. Leather interior is in fantastic shape, looks like new. Car has custom Bentley emblem door
entry lights.
The car has some issues that require a dealer visit however. It seems to have the common vacuum leak Bentley's
get, which may or may not require the engine to be removed. At the dealer the part to fix it is around 100 bucks,
with approx. 20 hours of labor. Some Bentley owners with a car lift do the fix themselves. The oil pressure
sensor needs replacing and can be done at the same time as the vacuum leak fix. I will include the new sensor with
the car. The hood latch needs to be adjusted, as it sometimes shows the hood as open when it is shut. There is a
stuck solenoid (code P0741) in the torque converter so it downshifts from 2nd to 1st not as smoothly as it should.
It is a normal ZF transmission so it should be an inexpensive fix. Lastly, the leather headliner is sagging in the
passenger rear, very common with Bentley GT's. My last Bentley had the same problem, cost $425 to remove, reglue
and reinstall. So for potentially 4-6k in maintenance you can have yourself a clean title, lower mile Bentley GT
with a 552 HP, twin turbo W12 engine.
Car runs and drives but with the vacuum leak it doesn't run well compared to a freshly serviced Bentley. Fully
serviced 05's with similar miles are going for around 48-54k.
